Days that take my breath away...

Today is my cousin's 37th birthday. T.j. was the first baby in the family after me. I was three years old the day he was placed in my arms on our grandparent's couch. Growing up in a very close knit family, T.j. was more a brother than a cousin. Misery loves company, especially carb addicts. LOL! My intention is to NOT slide back into that rut. Maybe we can be a support system for each other to keep healthy? Maybe a discussion on the board would work for anyone else having difficulties? Remember, if it comes easy than you don't appreciate it as much as those things you bust your butt at achieving. =D
